Does the Souvenir have parking?
We have 3 car parks and we guarantee a parking space for all customers. In front of the Hotel Souvenir, you will find 3 parking areas for loading and unloading. At check-in, the reception girls will show you where to take your car. We advise you to book your place!. We have 3 car parks 900 meters away by car and 500 on foot. They are not guarded and are not covered by insurance but allow everyone to use their car at any time of the day!

Those who stay at the Souvenir do not need to go to the agency to book excursions, tickets for theme parks or guides. The girls at the reception will take care of booking the tickets for you and delivering them to you.
Check-in & Check-out
The room on the day of arrival is available from 01:00 pm, while on the day of departure the room must be vacated by 10:00 am. Maximum availability to leave the rooms even after 10.00 am on the day of departure, if there are no arrivals at the same time you can request our late check-out service.
If I return late in the evening, do I have to notify?
