A finger in the pie... and the kitchen is revealed!

Those who knew Hotel Souvenir in Lidia's day, know that the kitchen was her kingdom and that she was a rather austere queen 👩‍🍳

She didn‘t allow many visitors and they each appeared with a shy "may I?". Anna's arrival delighted us all because she has continued to serve the flavours of Romagna and has also brought a young and fresh opening up of that realm.

The huge kitchen table has become a theatre of flour, salt, water and lard for amazing piadina (typical local unleavened bread), where our guests love kneading, rolling and baking with us, and then enjoying the results together in a cheerful aperitif-come-dinner 😋.

"Mani 🙌 in pasta" has become the event that Anna and I are happiest to offer our guests as soon as we have time, precisely to share the tradition of our land in the kitchen with those who appreciate it so much every day in so many typical dishes!
